Supported internet protocols:
- downloads mail from any POP3 (RFC 1939) compilant server
- sends mail to any SMTP (RFC 821) compilant server including Microsoft Exchange and IBM Lotus Domino
- supports secure connections (POP3S/SMTPS) using SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0 (RFC 2246) protocols
- supports SMTP authentication methods (PLAIN, LOGIN, CRAM-MD5)
